Open Door Policy Launched to Enhance Governance and Public Service
In line with the Chief Minister's directive to promote good governance and improve public service delivery, the Secretary Energy & Power has introduced an Open Door Policy. This initiative provides a direct platform for citizens to voice their concerns and seek redressal for their issues.
Under this policy, the Secretary Energy & Power meets with the public daily from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, actively listening to grievances and ensuring immediate action is taken. The initiative aims to strengthen communication between government institutions and the public, fostering transparency and efficiency in problem resolution.
The Energy & Power Department has been made fully accessible, allowing citizens to meet officials directly. The initiative has received widespread appreciation from the local community, with many reporting swift resolution of their concerns and an increased trust in government institutions.
